The Religious Freedom Restoration Act and why gays shouldn't sue but boycott and other stuff.

This week Mike Pence signed The Religious Freedom Restoration Act. the Indiana measure merely seeks to prevent the government from compelling people to provide such things as catering or photography for same-sex weddings or other activities they find objectionable on religious grounds. I know some gays are not for it because they think they will be discriminated at by people for being gay. You know i have no problems with gays people i have family members who are gay and you know what I'm glad their being honest about who they are. The problems is that instead of boycotting them and giving them bad reviews some gays get hurt and sue. That fine but wouldn't you rather make them look bad instead of suing them? Just remember to make them look bad by posting bad reviews and telling people how bad it is. Suing is just going to give them headlines and that is what they don't need. I know some of my readers are going to say but being gays is a sin. You and I don't know that there are 7 deadly sins and being gay is not one of them. I rather not fail this test and then when I meet god he said that because I shunned gays I must go to hell. Sorry but gays have been my strongest supporters of my blog and they take time to talk to me when I'm down. Some so called conservatives mock my weight and my views. Gays conservatives don't and they and many other are strong conservatives. That why i support them. Next we have some breaking news items. First old Harry Reid retiring after his term as long last one of our national nightmares is over. Harry Reid said,"The decision that I have made had absolutely nothing to do with my injury, it has nothing to do with my being minority leader, it certainly has nothing to do with my ability to be re-elected because the path to re-election is much easier than probably anytime that I’ve run for re-election,” Sure Harry what about those corruption charges that are being filed against you that can't be it can it? I bet you it is. So you retire and no charges comes up and you can sit back and stop letting that dominatrix beat you up so bad. Then Hilary Clinton we all know she a liar. Now thou we see her delete her server that Trey Gowdy requested that she hand over and wipe them out so bad that there is nothing left on them. This is what they need to do they need the backup If she destroyed those too charge her with destruction of Govt property. This woman has thumbed her nose at the law one too many time and it's high time she got her just dessert. She should be charged with many crimes and be put in the pokey. Finally we got news that Bowe Bergdahl will be charged with one count of “desertion with intent to shirk important or hazardous duty” and one count of “misbehavior before the enemy by endangering the safety of a command, unit or place.” If convicted he could get life in jail or my personal wish is to be executed by firing squad. Six men's died looking for this coward and traitor. It's high time we gave him his due diligent.

BIBI win and now Obama get mad!

 Tuesday Benjamin Netanyahu won his election in Israel. His party the likud party won in dramatic fashion when most people expected them to lose majority. Now are hearing that President whiny baby did not take this news well.  From politico Angered by Netanyahu’s hard-line platform towards the Palestinians, top Obama officials would not rule out the possibility of a change in American posture at the United Nations, where the U.S. has historically fended off resolutions hostile to Israel.

  Also from the same article. “We are signaling that if the Israeli government’s position is no longer to pursue a Palestinian state, we’re going to have to broaden the spectrum of options we pursue going forward,”


  Basically what obama doing is a threat on one of our main allies because president poopy diaper hated the fact that BIBI went over his head and delivered a important speech to a joint session of congress. We need to keep hammering Obama on the viewpoint that he hate the Jewish people enough to punish them for trying to protect their homeland. Just like he hate the tea party for us trying to protect our homeland by securing the border.

  Thou the conservative movement need to stop attacking our own. This time Liz Mair was attacked because she attack Iowa for accepting subsidy for their corn and thinking themselves as kingmaker because they are the first state in the GOP primary season. I won't name who doing it as i think the guilty should look themselves in the mirror. Attacking a person who was hired to run Scott Walker campaign just because of a tweet and not understanding the context of said tweet is dumb.

  Then calling her a dyke and lesbo when she is happily married with a child is stupid. Plus attacking her for dual citizenship is down right appalling. She don't need to give you a reason why she did it. It like asking my cousins why their dual citizen of Ireland because a few of them were born there. When we attack someone without proof we are playing into the hands of the democrats who feed on us fighting each other instead of the Dems and their lies that is hurting the country.

Team BIBI and Clinton breaking the law again! This week in America!

This week Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to a joint session of congress. During the speech he had much to say to us. First he said, "I want to thank you all for being here today. I know that my speech has been the subject of much controversy. I deeply regret that some perceive my being here as political. That was never my intention.

I want to thank you, Democrats and Republicans, for your common support for Israel, year after year, decade after decade." This of course drew a well of applause for the prime minister. Than he said, " Today the Jewish people face another attempt by yet another Persian potentate to destroy us. Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei spews the oldest hatred, the oldest hatred of anti-Semitism with the newest technology. He tweets that Israel must be annihilated -- he tweets. You know, in Iran, there isn't exactly free Internet. But he tweets in English that Israel must be destroyed. 

For those who believe that Iran threatens the Jewish state, but not the Jewish people, listen to Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, Iran's chief terrorist proxy. He said: If all the Jews gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of chasing them down around the world." This is true in fact many know that attack of Charlie Hedbo the people who attacked them then gone to a deli and killed anyone who was of the Jewish faith. Then BIBI put into perspective what happen to Iran," The people of Iran are very talented people. They're heirs to one of the world's great civilizations. But in 1979, they were hijacked by religious zealots -- religious zealots who imposed on them immediately a dark and brutal dictatorship. 

That year, the zealots drafted a constitution, a new one for Iran. It directed the revolutionary guards not only to protect Iran's borders, but also to fulfill the ideological mission of jihad. The regime's founder, Ayatollah Khomeini, exhorted his followers to "export the revolution throughout the world."

Then have from kidnapping American embassy workers for 444 days to holding a american man right now captive for practicing his faith. 

Then we get to the heart of the matter when BIBI said this,"  We must always remember -- I'll say it one more time -- the greatest dangers facing our world is the marriage of militant Islam with nuclear weapons. To defeat ISIS and let Iran get nuclear weapons would be to win the battle, but lose the war. We can't let that happen.

But that, my friends, is exactly what could happen, if the deal now being negotiated is accepted by Iran. That deal will not prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons. It would all but guarantee that Iran gets those weapons, lots of them. 

Let me explain why. While the final deal has not yet been signed, certain elements of any potential deal are now a matter of public record. You don't need intelligence agencies and secret information to know this. You can Google it. 

Absent a dramatic change, we know for sure that any deal with Iran will include two major concessions to Iran.

The first major concession would leave Iran with a vast nuclear infrastructure, providing it with a short break-out time to the bomb. Break-out time is the time it takes to amass enough weapons-grade uranium or plutonium for a nuclear bomb.

According to the deal, not a single nuclear facility would be demolished. Thousands of centrifuges used to enrich uranium would be left spinning. Thousands more would be temporarily disconnected, but not destroyed.

Because Iran's nuclear program would be left largely intact, Iran's break-out time would be very short -- about a year by U.S. assessment, even shorter by Israel's.

And if -- if Iran's work on advanced centrifuges, faster and faster centrifuges, is not stopped, that break-out time could still be shorter, a lot shorter.

True, certain restrictions would be imposed on Iran's nuclear program and Iran's adherence to those restrictions would be supervised by international inspectors. But here's the problem. You see, inspectors document violations; they don't stop them.

Inspectors knew when North Korea broke to the bomb, but that didn't stop anything. North Korea turned off the cameras, kicked out the inspectors. Within a few years, it got the bomb.

Now, we're warned that within five years North Korea could have an arsenal of 100 nuclear bombs.

Like North Korea, Iran, too, has defied international inspectors. It's done that on at least three separate occasions -- 2005, 2006, 2010. Like North Korea, Iran broke the locks, shut off the cameras. 

Now, I know this is not gonna come a shock -- as a shock to any of you, but Iran not only defies inspectors, it also plays a pretty good game of hide-and-cheat with them. 

The U.N.'s nuclear watchdog agency, the IAEA, said again yesterday that Iran still refuses to come clean about its military nuclear program. Iran was also caught -- caught twice, not once, twice -- operating secret nuclear facilities in Natanz and Qom, facilities that inspectors didn't even know existed. 

Right now, Iran could be hiding nuclear facilities that we don't know about, the U.S. and Israel. As the former head of inspections for the IAEA said in 2013, he said, "If there's no undeclared installation today in Iran, it will be the first time in 20 years that it doesn't have one." Iran has proven time and again that it cannot be trusted. And that's why the first major concession is a source of great concern. It leaves Iran with a vast nuclear infrastructure and relies on inspectors to prevent a breakout. That concession creates a real danger that Iran could get to the bomb by violating the deal.

But the second major concession creates an even greater danger that Iran could get to the bomb by keeping the deal. Because virtually all the restrictions on Iran's nuclear program will automatically expire in about a decade. 

Now, a decade may seem like a long time in political life, but it's the blink of an eye in the life of a nation. It's a blink of an eye in the life of our children. We all have a responsibility to consider what will happen when Iran's nuclear capabilities are virtually unrestricted and all the sanctions will have been lifted. Iran would then be free to build a huge nuclear capacity that could product many, many nuclear bombs. 

Iran's Supreme Leader says that openly. He says, Iran plans to have 190,000 centrifuges, not 6,000 or even the 19,000 that Iran has today, but 10 times that amount -- 190,000 centrifuges enriching uranium. With this massive capacity, Iran could make the fuel for an entire nuclear arsenal and this in a matter of weeks, once it makes that decision."  
Finally BIBI said, My friends, may Israel and America always stand together, strong and resolute. May we neither fear nor dread the challenges ahead. May we face the future with confidence, strength and hope.

It's all about the truth no filter!

This week Obama as expected vetoed the keystone pipeline and killed high paying jobs because of it. The sad truth thou is that in West Virginia there was a derailment from a train that was carrying oil and forced the evacuation of a town nearby. If it was in a pipeline then it wouldn't had happened. pipeline are sturdy and in area not reachable to most people so less likely to be messed with.

We live in a country that is trying to produce our own fuel and with this veto it is tantamount to aiding and comforting our enemies by weakening our position of power by giving money to countries that use those funds to harbor terrorists and give arms to countries that are hostile to this nation. Obama is a coward that want his friends to develop alternative fuels that are harmful to birds like solar panels or wind farms. Also make people suffer thru high gas prices at the pumps.


Then we have congress give up their fight to keep the DHS open by hampering obama illegal amnesty giveaway. Its like lets make a deal but for the democrats only we have the congress yet we are being bullied by dems because they would paint the republicans as bad guys for closing the DHS. Thou why do we need it open anyway we were ok in homeland security. It wasn't the republicans fault that 9/11 happen that was Bill Clinton fault. The GOP better get on the ball by not allowing this illegal amnesty is opening a floodgate we might be not able to close. We need to stop this and secure the border.

Finally before i close scott walker was recently asked if he thought Obama was a christian he said, "I don’t know" Now everybody is branding him and Mayor Rudy Giuliani racist. Mayor Giuliani sin was he said that he don't think Obama loves his country. First i don't think he does and Rudy has a right to say it. Second Scott Walker is not trying to get into a gotcha questions the libs love to ask someone who might be running for president. 

These two mens has decided to say screw the media it's time we make the rules and stand up for our belief. The last two elections with the exception of Sarah Palin and Herman Cain the candidates were controlled to answer questions and look at the camera and say something stupid. Fifty shades of truth!

This week President Obama has a chance to pass the keystone pipeline bill. Its has passed the house and senate and now is resting in his office. He need to pass this bill to show that he committed to America energy independence. 

Will it happen not likely because this president refuse to help the job market and instead work on energy products that is harmful to animals life but also not helpful for the regular consumers. We will most likely see him veto it and hope that the house can overturn it and pass it. Therefore improving the job market and better jobs for people. 

Now thou we have received good news on another front when Gov. Greg Abbott won a court case to stop Obama ex.order to grant amnesty to 5 millions illegals. The judge in the ruling was a George Bush pick for federal judge. 

Yet like many other he see that Obama order was not in keeping with our country rights to be a sovereign nation. In fact illegals are more likely to overburden our medical, our schools, and other resources. 

Plus make prices go higher by the means of them stealing items from rental places and shipping them to Mexico where they are married to another woman while using a American citizen to marry so he can stay here legally. The good news is Texas is getting serious about immigration by having Gov. Greg Abbott lead the way in his state of the state address 

He listed five emergency issues that must be dealt with. Emergency items:
 1.early education
2.higher education research initiatives
3.transportation funding
4.border security funding
5.ethics reform

 All of them are connected to illegal immigration. Early education will be cheaper if we have less illegals kids taking up classroom. Higher Education is tied to letting legal students get in state tuition and not illegals. Transportation is tied to illegals not getting driving licence. 4th one is pretty self explanatory.

This week in news . Plus tribute to Andrew.

First pres.Obama was at a christian breakfast during which he compared what happening by isis to christians attack during the crusades. Dear Obama when christians were in the crusades they were trying to get worshippers to Israel to the holy sites but since the muslims didn't let them they fought them. ISIS on the other hand want to kill people in the name of allah and kill jews. See the difference yet. The crusades were a just war ISIS is a genocide attack to kill Jews and coptic christians so they can have a caliph. Once again you are wrong on history sir. This is why we cheer benjamin netanyahu and King abdullah of Jordan they see the evil of ISIS. While you use scary stories to take cheap shots at christians. Next we have Brian Williams who claimed that he was attacked in Iraq in 2003. Being hit with rpg missiles. It turns out that it was a lie. he said in his apology "On this broadcast last week, in an effort to honor and thank a veteran who protected me and so many others following a ground-fire incident in the desert during the Iraq War, I made a mistake in recalling the events of 12 years ago. It didn't take long to hear from some brave men and women in the air crews who were also in the desert. I want to apologize: I said I was traveling in an aircraft that was hit by RPG fire. Well with him he will stay this is the same guy who doesn't flinch when his own kid is doing a show where she doing a simulated atm. I would tell you what it is but it too graphic for descent Americans. Finally this past sunday would of been Andrew Brietbart birthday. This saddens me because he was my friend and a teacher to me. I often called him my bossman. I mean it as a sign of respect because he took me in and let me have a forum on breitbart.com I'd called him twice first one was bad timing because it was in the mist of the Anthony Weiner scandal. he told me to call back when it was a better time. So i waited and then christmas came around so i called him to wish him and susie and the kids a Merry Christmas. He sounded sick when he talked to me. Because he had a bug. Then he passed away without me telling him how much i loved him like a brother or cousin. He and I enjoyed music and talking about our mutual friends. The week that is and will be what i'm looking at this week

This week we had a sorta lame duck blizzard. Thou many people were bracing for a big storm it didn't show up. Alot of people are blaming the weather people but don't because weather systems for the most part predictable but with a snowstorm in the New England area many variables happens to changes the storms. Just glad people didn't get hurt or my friend aunt who went in for emergency surgery and didn't get stuck in the snow. Second Bowe Bergdahl will be charged with being AWOL after leaving his post and being captured by the Taliban. His whole ordeal was highly questionable first being isolated instead of spending time with his troop mates to his email before he left which he said "The future is too good to waste on lies. And life is way too short to care for the damnation of others, as well as to spend it helping fools with their ideas that are wrong. I have seen their ideas and I am ashamed to even be american." Then added " I am sorry for everything. The horror that is america is disgusting." His father did nothing but increase the problems emailing his son " In matters of life and death, and especially at war, it is never safe to ignore ones' conscience. Ethics demands obedience to our conscience. It is best to also have a systematic oral defense of what our conscience demands. Stand with like minded men when possible." basically to defy the us military and do what he felt. If he had troubles he should of asked to be dismissed. Yet he didn't and this happened Bergdahl left a note in his tent that said he was leaving to start a new life. From a note he left Fox News reported that the note said that Bergdahl wanted to renounce his citizenship. Bergdahl went missing on the night of June 30, 2009. Six mens died looking for him he was then released On May 31, 2014, Bergdahl was released by his captors and recovered by Delta Force, a Special Mission Unit component of the Joint Special Operations Command in eastern Afghanistan. The release was brokered by the American, Qatar, and Afghanistan governments with the Taliban, in exchange for five Guantanamo Bay detainees transferred to Qatari custody for at least one year. Yet he is only now being charged with desertion. I feel that his action has hurt and killed many of his fellow troop. we need to charge him with more so he can get death in prison. Thou it is being currently underminded by the white house for unknown reason. Finally we must talk about Benjamin Netanyahu he is expected to speak to a joint house of congress in march. Two weeks before Israel election. Now president Obama say we shouldn't invite him because it would seem like we are tipping the election to him. Which is balderdash I don't think the Jews are going to be swayed by a speech to another nation. What Obama didn't tell you is that he has sent a few of his people to Israel to help BIBI opponents. That seem more like underminding a election then a speech by BIBI. They want him to lose so that they can have someone in power to control and let Palestine get more land and weaking Israel which is funny cause we just observed holocaust remembrance day. Now more then ever we should never forget what happen to the Jews and stop the Arabs from pushing Israel into the sea. BIBI should speak to us and let him remind us of our promise to protect Israel. My rebuttal to the State of the Union or one more year of this crapfest!

Today I give my views on Pres. Obama speech. I will highlight some of his speech and give my comment to them. First Obama said: Tonight, after a breakthrough year for America, our economy is growing and creating jobs at the fastest pace since 1999. Our unemployment rate is now lower than it was before the financial crisis. More of our kids are graduating than ever before; more of our people are insured than ever before; we are as free from the grip of foreign oil as we've been in almost 30 years. Tonight, for the first time since 9/11, our combat mission in Afghanistan is over. Six years ago, nearly 180,000 American troops served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Today, fewer than 15,000 remain. And we salute the courage and sacrifice of every man and woman in this 9/11 Generation who has served to keep us safe. We are humbled and grateful for your service. America, for all that we have endured; for all the grit and hard work required to come back; for all the tasks that lie ahead, know this: The shadow of crisis has passed, and the State of the Union is strong. Really Barry first off that unemployment number is off putting because 90 millions Americans has dropped out of looking for a job since you took office. Second that more are insured yeah about that you passed a law that basically forced people to get insurance or pay a penalty fine if you don't have insurance. Finally that part about the union is strong yeah Ferguson,Oakland,Seattle and many other places called they say you are a liar. We have never been more divided as a nation. Yet we are told that we are in a better climate then we were 6 years ago? One other thing yes we are getting away from foreign oil. Thou you are kicking and screaming while we do it. You refusal to pass the keystone pipeline has hider our producing more oil to keep America free from oOPEC influence. then you want to tax our gas even more because you think we need to suffer at the pump. Well get this first oil company will make a profit as long as oil prices don't drop below 20$ a barrel second states are in charge of the interstate roads it's their problem to deal with not the fed. Third stop taxing us we are tired of being taxed off the wazoo. Like Ted Cruz said we need to get rid of the IRS we need a flat tax so you can get some not all our money. Finally open public land to dig for oil. I heard Colorado has a ocean of oil i like to see if that is true. yes we need alternative energy no I don't want to waste food or techs that harm birds. There a million way to make energy find it and make it affordable. Finally he said to thunderous cheers that his campaigning is over. then the smug jerkface said because he won both times he ran. Thank god he is finished one more year of listening to his sack of lies and he's gone. Till then let us fight to finally restore our constitutional republic. Then we can have the country that Martin Luther King Jr. dream about.

Paris is burning how we must make america safe from Islamic terror

January 7th was terrible with the attack on a building housing french parody newspaper Charlie hebdo. At the building there were 12 people including 2 police officers killed then 8 more people were killed before most of the killers were killed in Dammartin-en-Goële and Porte de Vincennes. This comes after a 2011 attack which the offices were firebombed. The cause was the printing the picture of the prophet Muhammad. Insulting him cause Muslims to get testy and start shooting people or blowing them up! Yet we are continuously keep being told that Islam is peaceful.

 Really because we have many times seen Christianity imagery burned pissed on,pooped on, burned and many other things that are horrific as a catholic to think of yet we do nothing. As in zip,zero, nada, ziperoono. Yet posting a little cartoon of the prophet dude and we are targeted for death we can't say or write or post a picture of him. Salman Rushdie still hiding in the middle of new york city still fearing for his life after writing the satanic verses. The reason Islam is so protective of the prophet is it's a fake religion that let them get away with things most moral people would not do. From marrying kids as young as nine to keeping many wives and sex slaves without penalty. To beheading people who are gays or girls who look at a boy or drive or go to school.

 Yet we so scared of these people that the white house can't say terrorism when it happened in Ft.Hood or a Dallas post office. No it's workforce violence. NASA must have a month devoted to Muslim achievement in space. We have a guy Louis Farrakhan who say Muslims must kill all those who don't support the prophet. It's time we got focused on the task at hand we must destroy all passport of people who leave here to fight for ISIS or other extremists. Start profiling them and finding out what they know. Also in battle bring back waterboarding and other means to find out what their planning. Our country will never again let a group of people bend to their wills we must make them bend to ours. To quote one of the editor who was killed. "I prefers to die standing then live on my knees."

The week that is and how i see it.

Welcome to the Brad Essex Report here what i'm looking at this week. So the movie the interview has been pulled because of vague threats from North Korea. Why they are not a nation to be worried about or are they. Maybe because it was them that leaked the sony emails in the first place. So commonsense tells us that there a email or two that could really hurt sony. More then talking trash about obama or Angelina jolie demands for a Cleopatra movie. What could it be? We don't know cause sony capsulated to their demands and pull the film. I rather they show it and throw a middle finger to Kim Jong Un. This prove hollywood is too scared to fight and exercise their freedom unless it attacking a republican.  

Then the same time we are going to normalize relation to Cuba. Really? The country that hasn't changed in 50 years all of a sudden going to be able to have trades and a U.S embassy. Why it because Obama need something anything to improve his legacy as president so he is throwing everything up and see which ideas sticks and so far all his ideas are crashing down. Now this give Cuba legitimacy. They can torture anyone now without reprisal. Now they can get money for modern equipments and  weapons and that will help them trade with terrorist groups. Thou they are a state supporting terrorist activity now they are free to harm us by proxy of other countries. Thank to Obama leadership we gave the castros brothers new life.

We can not forget about the Sydney cafe that two people died including the gunman. All the libs saying he was a lone wolf and not seeing this is a act of terrorism. Plain and simple yet for some people they don't want to mock the religion of peace. Yeah right we have been fighting these folks since the time of Charles martel!  They want us all dead for the crime of letting Israel exist well sorry but they are god chosen people for a reason.
