Brett Kavanaugh and the story that have so many plot holes!

Brett Kavanaugh is expected to be a supreme court justice by next Thursday. But in the mean time he is expected to have a meeting with the judicial committee about an incident that happened 35 years ago. Dr. Christine Blasey Ford a professor at Palo Alto University claimed Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a party 35 years ago in high school. She also said there was another person with him at the time.

She revealed all of this during a couples therapy session a few years ago then gave a letter to Dianne Feinstein six weeks ago. She said there were four boys then said the therapist made a mistake and said there were only two of them that tried to assault her. Also provided a polygraph and the therapist notes. She said Brett was 17 and she was only 15 at the time of the alleged assault.  Yet why did Dianne Feinstein held on to this letter for six weeks after she got it? Also doesn't Dr.Ford know that a polygraph is inadmissible in court or in a hearing?

Also polygraph are deemed unreliable because of misreadings and questions asked that are vague. That is why the court don't use them as evidence. Also she has said that she didn't know the other guy in the room yet she knew that they were from an all boys school in a 2012 interview.  Yet the other guy she claim was there said Brett wasn't in the room and don't recall being at a party with her. Also for an alleged victim like her her memory of the incident would be sharper many people of sexual assault and rape remember every detail yet she said that she can't recall the whole incident in question. Plus 65 women who know Kavanaugh support and believe his statement of not being at the party. Finally Kavanaugh went through six FBI background checks without discovering the incident in question.

I'm not saying she was lying I question the timing of it. If she wanted to stop him where was she when he was in line for U.S. Circuit Judge? This is a serious charge and her waiting almost 35 years to just spring it on his seem strange. This hurts many real victims of sexual assault and rape from coming out because of the way she brought up the charges.

If she comes on and testify on Monday then we can get to the bottom of the issue. If she does not, then I'd expect the committee to vote for Brett and pass him thru to the senate for a full vote.
