How Elizabeth Warren harms Native Americans with her lies
Welcome to the Brad Essex Report. Here is what I'm looking at this week. Donald Trump had a ceremony in which he honored the last Native American code talkers of WW2. Why they don't use the code anymore is strange to me but that a another story for another time. Well during the ceremony Trump said that the Senate had a Indian named Pocahontas. Then Elizabeth Warren flew off the handle about the comments saying Trump was being a racist to her for saying that. First of all it was a joke. Second he is mocking you for claiming to be Native American. You used that lie to get advancement in college. Your claims to be Native American has been debunked by many people. Including Dana Loesch, who is an actual Native American.
Cherokee genealogist Twila Barnes blew apart Warren’s ridiculous story wherein she claimed her grandfather had “high cheekbones” Cherokee people wanted to discuss her claims to be Indian she blew them off like an imaginary peace pipe she think she used before. Then the kicker is that Dana Loesch showed that Warren ancestors weren't Indians they killed them. William Jacobson at Legal Insurrection, Dana, Twila and others painstakingly researched Warren claims yet she don't get punished, she still a senator and the mainstream media let her get away with that lie.
Then we have John Conyers and Al Franken. These two have been accused of sexual harassment. Yet despite Franken being shown grabbing Leeann Tweeden boobs while she was asleep plus the complaints that women raised about Conyers and a former ABC anchor knowing what he did they are both still senators. This is the common thread Republicans step down if there is an inkling of wrongdoing on their part. Democrats have to be pried out of their seat with the jaws of life to get them to leave. Also don't throw Roy Moore at me he just a moron who is too stupid to do the right thing.
Finally it is the Christmas & Hanukkah season. We would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah. That being said here a list of things to do during the holiday season.
1. When shopping put carts in cart area. We are a great nation, but I see all the time people not putting the carts away where they belong. Then other drivers have to move them or the carts roll till they hit a parked car and leave a dent in the car. Come on we can do better then that put the carts in the cart area.
2. You don't have to park in the front of the store all the time you can walk over to the store. Why first it's good exercise and it's a great way to walk off the feast your family is making. Second, it will help lower your blood pressure by not having to get angry waiting for someone to move out of the spot you want to take.
3. Make sure you keep all receipts so in case of making a return you'll be covered and ready to get the gift you want.
4. Give to the charity of your choice. As in don't be forced to give to people like Susan B. Korman who are supported by planned parenthood. Do your research and find a charity that are 100% funding their cause and not backed by organizations that don't support your views.
5. Do a good deed for someone that won't know it's you. On Christmas the best surprises are the ones people don't expect so if you can do something nice and don't tell the person.
Thank you for reading The Brad Essex Report. Remember I'm the Commonsense Pundit in an uncommon world.

When Weinstein had his Wiener moment
Poor Harvey Weinstein is having his come to Jesus moment. The New York Times wrote an expose on Weinstein. Many years of sexual abuses followed up by paying people to keep quiet about his pervy moments. Now he has been fired from his own company, but not before he wrote a last gasp letter saying don't fire me i'll go to therapy. Even thou and this is the level of stupid only reached by a few like Anthony Wiener. The allegations were not true. If their not true, then why need therapy? What next his toaster was loyal? The one part that pissed me off was the abuse of my friend Lauren Sivan by him look it up, but this man gives new meaning to the words jabba the hutt. He'll go low and disappear for a while then he'll come back saying the DR. cured him and will be received with open arms in Hollywood. The reason for the years his abuses were unchecked because he had power when Hollywood brings him back into the fold he'll laugh about it and go on with his life. Abuse is never a good thing. Abuse is power over someone's. Harvey need to never have that power over someone head ever again.
Now to the protests by NFL players. They have a right to kneel. It is in our constitution, they have a right to a peaceful protest and that means sitting or kneeling during the national anthem. Yet when will these protest ends and the actions begins? J.J Watts didn't just give money during Hurricane Harvey he is planning with people to use the funds he raised to better Houston in the aftermath of Harvey. These players who kneels where is their actions. Why are they not getting people to sign up to vote. Why they're not taking people to the polls or being a vote watcher? Why are they're not buying land that fixes old buildings and make better housing than the government for the people? Why they're not to talking to people about if you see something bad in the area to talk to the cops instead of not snitching and getting bad elements out of their neighborhood?
Also their argument about the flag is stupid many fine men of color fought for that flag. From the buffalo soldiers and the 54th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry who fought in the Civil War. To today active military. That flag doesn't represent racism, it represent an opportunity and freedom to achieve your dream.
Finally it is my birthday and in 43 years I've learned to be more honest with myself and to you all. I like to thank you for reading this little blog and I hope the next year will be an even bigger year for this site and me.

Houston in too deep.
Right now as I am writing this in cypress just outside of Houston the water is rising fast. It is expected to rain up to 60" and most of downtown is already underwater. This is the only part of the impact of Harvey a category 4 hurricane. Rockport Texas is destroyed. A couple of tornados have hit already and it has cause over 40 billion dollars of damages. President Trump will be visiting on Tuesday to survey the damages. Governor Abbott will be here tomorrow. Most of eastern Texas has been declared a natural disaster area. As I write this people all over are coming to help Texas. We must pray for those who are not as in a good area as I am. If you can help by donating please do. Salvation army and Samaritan's Purse are two organizations that can help those in need the most. Prayers are also a great way to help too. I've been searching for something meaningful to write about I didn't expected to be in my own backyard. Thank you for continuing to read The Brad Essex Report.

Beer review my trip to Eureka Heights Brewery
Welcome to the Brad Essex report here what i'm looking at this week. This week we are taking a break from politics. Andrew Breitbart once said politic is downstream from pop culture. So I'm going to tell you about my trip to the Eureka Heights Brewery.
It's was a lazy Friday afternoon in Houston. Cloudy and humid. Me and my brother made the trek from Cypress to Houston. Pretty soon we were at the brewery and we meet Heather one of the owners of the Brewery. She told us about what they had and talked to my brother about owner brent being at the rodeo since my brother was a gatekeeper.
So we head to the bar. My first beer was a Wicket Awesome. A tasty light beer, It had a crisp taste to it and a little hop to it. My brother had the Moo Caliente which I'll talk about in a second. First the Brewery is very open spaced you don't feel too crowded. Also got long tables to spread out and feel comfortable in.
Now the next beer I tried is the Moo Caliente this is a dark beer with a little bit of a kick to it. It has cinnamon and Cayenne pepper in it to give a good warm taste to this stout. In the wintertime this would be an excellent drink to savor.
The place had many stuff to do too. Like giant block Jenga. Test your roping skills with the dummy bull. Plus pinball and trivial pursuit deck to test your knowledge. me and my brother did trivia while waiting for my brother cousin in law Carl to come over.
Meanwhile I then had the Mostly Harmless. This was my least favorite of the batch it had a citrus taste to it that I didn't like. It was trying too hard to be a shocktop beer. Thou to be honest, I'll try it again to see if I was wrong about it.
Then Carl came over and we started talking. Then we tried two alternate Wicket awesome. One made with Vanilla and one made with Snickers. The Vanilla one was a smooth drink. It was like drinking a beer with ice cream it was delightful. The Snicker one thou was a miss. It sorta tasted too flat for me. You could taste the nuts in it. It ended my day on a down note as far as beers go.
After saying bye to Carl we talked to Heather a little more. Then found out more about the brewery and activity. It has Sunday video games night for the retro gamer that play the games on a 20 foot screen. Also they have food trucks that come by so you can get your grub on. Spoiler alert do not go on a Friday during lent. The BBQ truck was a strong temptation to me and my bro.
Also they have a Yoga night. Plus Trivia night and beer tasting night on Thursday. If you want to sample their beer they have a sampler. They also have Eureka gears and stickers to support the brand. Finally they also have cans of beers. So if you want to take some home you can.
I like to thank Heather and Brent for showing us around. I can't wait to come over again when it's not meatless Friday and eat and drink beers there.
If you want to know more about them. Please visit their website. http://www.eurekaheights.com Tell them Brad sent you over.

Trumpcare! How Ryan plan is not the plan your looking for.
Welcome to the Brad Essex Report. Here is what I'm looking at this week. Paul Ryan released the alternative to Obamacare. Some of the points are good for example. Protects the most vulnerable Americans to ensure that no individual would be turned down by a participating
Exchange insurers based on age or health. Gives Americans the same standard health benefits as Members of Congress, so all Americans have a wide range
of choices.
Yet the problem is they want to keep many of the ideals of Obamacare. No where does it has the part where Americans can go across state lines if they want to get the cheapest Insurance coverage. Paul Ryan should know by now when we say kill Obamacare we don't mean kill it with kindness we say kill it with fire. It should be the last nail in the failed policy grave of Obama.
Attorney General Sessions have asked the remaining 48 U.S. attorneys appointed by former President Obama to resign. This shouldn't be a big deal yet it is to many democrats yet it has been a standard operating procedure for incoming Administrations to ask the previous presidential staff to resign. The libs are acting like this is like the Saturday Night Massacre, which Richard Nixon's dismissed independent special prosecutor Archibald Cox, and as a result spur the resignations of Attorney General Elliot Richardson and Deputy Attorney General William Ruckelshaus. This is a big deal of nothing. Unless they were trying to undermine the president?
Finally Wednesday was International Women’s Day. So the Libs had a day without a woman's day. Except not many women skipped out. The rules were Women take the day off, from paid and unpaid labor. Avoid shopping for one day (with exceptions for small, women- and minority-owned businesses). Finally wear RED in solidarity with A Day Without A Woman. Women share the same inalienable rights as men. Get paid the same as men in some fields and a lot more in others. They should protest the lack of rights in countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman ,Iran and other Muslims countries. Where it a crime to walk by themselves. Drive a car or vote. Be the brave women and protest there I dare you. Yet they won't because the woman who lead the whole thing Rasmea Yousef Odeh is a convicted terrorist. Who support the horror women face in Islamic countries.

Refugees block list and why it is good and bad for us.
Welcome to the Brad Essex Report. Here is what I'm looking at this week. President Trump announced that he is placing a ban on refugees from 7 countries. His policy is
(a) secure the southern border of the United States through the immediate
construction of a physical wall on the southern border, monitored and supported by
adequate personnel so as to prevent illegal immigration, drug and human trafficking,
and acts of terrorism;
(b) detain individuals apprehended on suspicion of violating Federal or State law,
including Federal immigration law, pending further proceedings regarding those
violations;
(c) expedite determinations of apprehended individuals' claims of eligibility to remain
in the United States;
(d) remove promptly those individuals whose legal claims to remain in the United
States have been lawfully rejected, after any appropriate civil or criminal sanctions
have been imposed; and
(e) cooperate fully with States and local law enforcement in enacting Federal-State
partnerships to enforce Federal immigration priorities, as well as State monitoring and
detention programs that are consistent with Federal law and do not undermine Federal
immigration priorities.
His other Ex. order is Sec. 2. Policy.
It is the policy of the executive branch to:
(a) Ensure the faithful execution of the immigration laws of the United States,
including the INA, against all removable aliens, consistent with Article II, Section 3 of
the United States Constitution and section 3331 of title 5, United States Code;
(b) Make use of all available systems and resources to ensure the efficient and
faithful execution of the immigration laws of the United States;
(c) Ensure that jurisdictions that fail to comply with applicable Federal law do not
receive Federal funds, except as mandated by law;
(d) Ensure that aliens ordered removed from the United States are promptly removed;
and
(e) Support victims, and the families of victims, of crimes committed by removable
aliens.
Sec. 3. Definitions. The terms of this order, where applicable, shall have the meaning
provided by section 1101 of title 8, United States Code.
Sec. 4. Enforcement of the Immigration Laws in the Interior of the United States. In
furtherance of the policy described in section 2 of this order, I hereby direct agencies to employ all lawful means to ensure the faithful execution of the immigration laws of
the United States against all removable aliens.

This is all mumbo jumbo to most people but it just a clear up of the laws that are already in the book.
Yet this is also a bad idea cause we are blocking many Christians who live there to escape to America but it is a thing we need to fix as well as find ways to ferret out Muslims extremists.
One last thing thou is this. So this is never easy to write today is the birthday of my friend Andrew Brietbart. To say he was just a friend is a misnomer. He taught me that to have a passion in something you love make going to a shitty job bearable. His belief in me got me thru days where I fucking hated my life. I always remember how he told Dennis Miller about how good a writer, I was when I called in to the Dennis Miller show. That told me he would of been there for me had he not passed. Andrew fought his critics with a smile and determined thought to expose the bad guys. I wanted to interview people and find out what make people tick. Plus maybe expose a slimeball too. I always write a post about him because it is therapeutic also to remind myself that the fight still goes on. I miss you my friend and I hope you're over by the bar having a wine and a good laugh. Thank you sir, and god bless your soul my friend. Also your legacy will always live on even thou people like Steve Bannon are trying to destroy it.
Update. I have 80,000 views of my blog. I like to thank you all for reading my blog. I try to make a difference everyday and this blog is an extension of it. I like to thank all my regular readers and new ones who pop in here to see what happening in the world without the mumbo jumbo! Thank you and god bless you all.

Transabled and why it must be stopped.
Welcome to the Brad Essex report here's is what I'm looking at this week. I just read an article about being transabled. National Post based in Canada gave the us a view of how these people are. One man who now calls himself One Hand Jason let everyone believe it was an accident.
But he had for months tried different means of cutting and crushing the limb that never quite felt like his own, training himself on first aid so he wouldn’t bleed to death, even practicing on animal parts sourced from a butcher.
“My goal was to get the job done with no hope of reconstruction or re-attachment, and I wanted some method that I could actually bring myself to do,”. He said to the National Post. Another One a 78-year-old man told the National Post he’d lived with the secret for 60 years and never told his wife.
The National Post said, “It’s a problem for individuals because it’s distressing. But lots of things are.” He suggests this is just another form of body diversity — like transgenderism — and amputation may help someone achieve similar goals as someone who, say, undergoes cosmetic surgery to look more like who they believe their ideal selves to be.
Yet it's not. Being Disabled is something I had to live with all my life and never wished this on anyone else. Yet these people think that it should be accepted like trangenderism. I have a gay friend who said that Trangenderism is a mental disease and she's gay. Which is true because science has proven that same sex love do happen in other species. Trangenderism is not a natural thing like being Transabled. These people are the ones that hurt people like me from getting the help we need. We have fat asses that pretend to be a baby that collect disability. Fat people who can't walk that gets disability. I've seen a woman have her son do her shopping for her while in a mobile cart at work and the kid was about 8 or 9 years old. Yet people like me are told they can't get disability because they are not fully disabled.
The people who are transabled should be treated for their mental problems. They and other people like them are taking away help for people who are really disabled. Do not coddle the weak or the mentally unfit.
Also two other things first Ex president to be Obama has Bradley Mannings sentence commuted all but four months. He's is to be released in May. This is a clear violation of the law if Bradley have info to share he could of cleared it thru the proper channels. He could of hidden all the classified info and just give them the info that was important, Yet when he gave wikileak the info they published the whole thing putting military troops in grave danger. So he should be called a it because he not a man or a woman. So Bradley should be called an it. Plus Chelsea is not that thing name it's Bradley
Finally many of you don't like Trump I get it, but respect the office at least. We are Americans and must hold up the office of the Presidency. Obama shat on the office of the presidency. Trump may or may not elevate it, but we should respect the office until such times as if he tarnished it like Obama did.

2016 is the evil we all heard about! Also top 10 unpopular opinion of mine.
Welcome to the year beginnings edition of the Brad Essex Report. Here what I am looking at this week. 2016 lets face it folks was a horrible year. We lost too many good people. People are trying to kill other people in the name of Islam. Presidential picks people didn't like being in the running. Bad water,Bad Wiener, and bad everything happened this year.
Thou that why I decided to do a top 10 unpopular opinion post. From politic to life these are my feelings and why I believe in them.
1. Fox News is getting bad. They lose so many good hosts and guests. Also, it's the same 10 people on all the shows, Where the Ben Howe and Gabriella Hoffman of commentators at? We need fresh faces not lame faces.
2.Black drama movies are some of the most depressing stuff ever. Instead of making movies that about overcoming and being surrounded by positive stuffs it always dark and bad stuff happens around them. Please Blacks are better than that. Be better Hollywood.
3. Scientology is getting as bad as Islam as far as being a bad example of religion. From kidnapping to fraud. They are doing things that if it wasn't surrounded by celebrities it would be considered Jim Jones territory. Leah Remini is highlighting how bad it is with her show on A&E.
4. Megyn Kelly was the reason Fox News was so good but now she is leaving to NBC. Way to go Fox News. She leaves and Bill O Reilly is still there. The Only way you going to make Fox News still good is adding Katie Pavlich or Jedediah Bila!
5. Tacos Tuesday is the best! Always a good day. Now when you have it must be home made tortillas always flours. Plus ether ground beef,carne gusada,carne asada or chicken.
6. I was never a Trump follower from the get go, but many of my Candidates lost. I will respect the office of the presidency. Trump foot must be held to the fire like we did Obama. I want to see if Trump will rise to the challenge.
7. Cheerleaders are awesome!!! Thou how do you cheer for a team like the Cleveland Browns? They are the factory of sadness!!!!
8. I'm a fan of Kat Timpf. Steven Crowder, Sonnie Johnson and Ashe Schow. The young conservatives that are giving people a voice. Plus, they are some of the wittiest people out there.
9. Boots on women is not a good look because they cover the best part of the woman's body. It's like when you're watching a movie really getting into it and then Bam! Commercial. that what wearing high boots feels like to me, Ankle boots are fine anything more is just killing me.
10.Not a fan of award shows. Sorry unless they're acting out scenes from their movies and people votes on which ones the best I won't watch it. Plus when they're talking about politics instead of their career It's a no go for me.

Lame duck president goes quack quack Also horrible movies choices
Welcome to the Brad Essex Report. Here what I'm looking at this week. Well Barrack Hussein Obama has officially given up on doing his job. He hasn't done nothing since Trump won. Now that it's the end of his role as president he's just doing nothing. It's not like Syria is on fire or our Vets being eaten to death by maggots or anything. Instead he has been doing the I have made this nation great by creating Obamacare and less crime when the fact of the matters is it not true. Furthermore he has not condoned Hillary Clinton for her losing the election. Hillary could of won the election by being less bitchy and more human in her approach. No, she had to scream that women are weak and need a handout to be president. Instead of saying I will not use my gender to get to the top. She used it as a bully club. Plus enabling the Black lives matter protests.
She could of said with Obama we hear your voices, but please stop the protesting because stopping blacks murder starts at the home. Also don't be confrontational with the police. Plus if you see a bad cop acting out, then report him to his superiors and news channels to bust him. Yet also give support to the 99% of cops who don't break the laws. She didn't so she lost. Donald Trump needs to also not play winners and losers with companies. His deal with Carriers was called out by many people even a supporter in Sarah Palin. Who said this is an act of crony capitalism. When she said that you know It's a bad deal!
Also there are reports of the CIA are saying that the election was hacked by Russians. That sound far fetched. First they would have to know which counties to hack to get the results they needed. Then why would it want Trump, who is filling his cabinet with people who are not supportive of Russia. They could of had Hillary, who was terrible as secretary of state. They know who she is but not Trump. Finally if they were hacked, we would of heard more stories of votes being changed by the hackers. I don't like Trump, but this thing about hacking sound too far fetched.
Finally Amy Schumer is picked to be Barbie. Really they couldn't get Honey boo boo mom to do it? This is supposed to be a movie about a positive role model for girls. Not the cousin of Chuckie Schumer, who is not a role model. Reese Witherspoon,Kristen Bell,Sarah Michelle Geller would of been way better choices. This a P.C. pick right here. She's not nice, but she edgy thing. Edgy is me silting my wrists while taking a hand full of Valium edgy. Its show that America no matter how great it is has sometime given us something that make you sick.

My safe space is a room full of vets.
Welcome to the Brad Essex Report. Here what I'm looking at this week. A few days ago I took my dad to Golden Corral. Free dinner for vets. So I head over there and see all sorts of vets from Army Grunts to Navy Swabbies. Marines Leathernecks and Air Force Flyboys and girls. Its fills my heart with joy to see these folks eat at Golden Corral. They must of feel at home eating with many different people. United by the same sense of honor of serving. I felt like I was an outsider in that group because I couldn't serve. I am humbled to sit with many of those men and women.
The same sense of brotherhood is the police who in the last few days lost 4 fellow officers in the line of duty and the one in San Antonio hit close to home because my cousin Alex and his dad Ernie are police officers and Alex is a father of one and another baby girl on the way, He faces tough challenges every day. I pray that he and his dad are always safe!
Next Donald Trump is already drawing back some of his pledge. He says that now he won't prosecute Hillary Clinton for her many crimes. Then say that global Warming is somewhat the fault of humans. Come on Donald at least get inaugurated before breaking your campaign. He won on promising to do things differently doing the reverse of it will break the spirit of those who backed you.
Then there this thing about Hillary Clinton wanting to contest the election votes in a few states. The academics who want Hillary to contest the voting presented findings showing that in Wisconsin, Clinton received 7 percent fewer votes in counties that relied on electronic-voting machines compared with counties that used optical scanners and paper ballots. Based on this statistical analysis, Clinton may have been denied as many as 30,000 votes; she lost Wisconsin by 27,000.
Right now, According to current tallies, Trump is winning 290 Electoral College votes to Clinton’s 232, with Michigan’s 16 votes not apportioned because the race there is still too close to call. It would take overturning the results in both Wisconsin (10 Electoral College votes) and Pennsylvania (20 votes), in addition to winning Michigan’s 16, for Clinton to win the Electoral College. There is also the complicating factor of “faithless electors,” or members of the Electoral College who do not vote according to the popular vote in their states. At least six electoral voters have said they would not vote for Trump, despite the fact that he won their states.
Yet time is running out for Hillary. The deadline in Wisconsin to file for a recount is Friday; in Pennsylvania, it’s Monday; and Michigan will be next Wednesday. The White House, focused on a smooth transfer of power, does not want Clinton to challenge the election result. All of this is based on circumstantial evidences. It’s also important to note the group has not found proof of hacking or manipulation, so their theory could be bunk.
Finally we as a nation are celebrating Thanksgiving. We must be thankful that we live in the greatest country ever and that when trouble comes up we as a nation stand together and fight down the trouble. When you get together with family leave the politics at the door. Tell your liberal family members that it's the time to be with family and enjoy each other company. Talk about your life and your dream and goals. Politic can be hashed out some other time. Be blessed and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you all and have a Happy Thanksgiving from The Brad Essex Report.
